Terms of Service

BookedOS provides AI-assisted growth and customer-care automation for local service businesses. Businesses use BookedOS to manage leads, generate creative, coordinate bookings, and communicate with the customers who contact them. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

BookedOS supports customer-care SMS workflows on behalf of the business you contacted: service-request follow-up, booking proposals, appointment coordination, and related customer-care updates. SMS is sent only after opt-in (see our SMS Consent page). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

• Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
• Businesses must only message people who have opted in and must honor opt-out requests.

BookedOS prohibits spam and unsolicited messaging. Businesses using the platform are responsible for obtaining valid consent before any SMS is sent and for honoring STOP requests immediately. We may suspend or terminate access for spam, abuse, or unauthorized messaging.

BookedOS provides tools to help businesses grow and coordinate work. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, or other outcomes. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookedOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
